Whether buying of selling I will negotiate the best possible price & terms for you, and fight to keep the sale together as if it were my own home. I'll also be honest and realistic with you and let you know if you really can get the price you are hoping for the home you want to buy or sell. I won't waste my time or yours putting contracts in writing that have no chance of going anywhere. This market has its ups and downs and it is definately tough out there, so let a tough realtor go to bat for you in negotiating one of your most important investments.
